Top Chef fans: What would you have done for the themes tonight (spoilers just in case)?

Top Chef fans: What would you have done for the themes tonight (spoilers just in case)?
Something New: I was thinking eggs for the whole "new to the world" thing.

Something Old: Dried chilis, jerky, or something else that is aged (aged steak/beef if Whole Foods carried it). Serve it with the appropriate wine to finish the aged theme.

Something Borrowed: Stretching where they would have to buy it from, but if Whole Foods had a mother batch, I would have loved to see someone use sourdough.

Something Blue: No idea. Apparently trying to do a theme or get away with things named blue didn't go over well with the judges. Maybe a blue icing for a dessert?
