My best friend just came over to show me her boobs.

She got implants yesterday. They're not huge- she went from a barely-A to a large B/small C. They're really firm, but she's still swollen. The left and right breasts aren't quite the same size, so I hope that is also related to swelling. Overall, they don't look bad, but you can kind of tell they're artificial. Maybe they will "wear in" after a while. I'm just glad she's ok. I was paranoid that something bad would happen to her during or after the procedure. I suspect she is going to have fun with her new girls.

she got as to how natural they'll look and feel.

My sister has had them so long; she just had to have a second set put in last year. The first set had begun to leak. :silly: So she got the newer silicone ones that are more solid and feel more like living tissue.

ones. They felt pretty much like I remember my breasts feeling when I was nursing and my milk came in. It's crazy!
