1. I will admit that for a program ostensibly designed to relieve you of computer
maintenance headaches, it sure is a high maintenance program... :argh:

6. It's supposed to relieve you of a COMPUTER, that's what!
I like their 'go back' program but mines' from about 2002. The rest of the @#*$)(* I paid for I tried to get rid of, but til my computer dies it's going to be deeply entrailed into the system even if I don't use it.

3. Very likely..
Most intrusive program ever for sure. I tried it once then tried to delete it from my system and it took forever. Way too many good (and free) av programs out there to deal with Symantics.

8. My youngest daughter...
just had to have the disk scrubbed on her laptop to get rid of Norton. It totally screwed up everything. Fortuneately, she was able to save her important files on our external drive.
