I swear my cats are just like little children sometimes.
They were both lying on the bed next to me. Sophie (the smaller kitty) found Smokie's tail twitching fascinating...so she started batting at it. Then she actual caught it and started chewing on it a bit. Smokie then turned her head around and gave me a look that clearly said "Mom, make Sophie stop bothering me!!!" It was soo funny..but I didn't do anything but just laughed. Sophie continued to catch Smokie's tail so Smokie finally stood up and held up her paw in a threatening manner...She didn't actually hit Sophie but the message was clear..then she ran away....Sophie then came over to me for attention. (I had been petting Smokie when this started)...

1. My cat and dog are like that. Sometimes Cleo, the cat, will just
stare at Corky, the dog. And then Corky gets all whiny and growly about it. Just like 2 kids. "MOM, she's LOOKING at me!!!!" waah!

2. At least you don't have a cat that feels that he has to hump the other
boy cat. :wtf: Funnily he doesn't really go after Sonia. Of course Sonia was the one who may have been responsible for pushing Panda (the humpee) off the deck.

3. My Boxer used to torment my Beagle
Edited on Thu Dec-04-08 08:30 PM by skygazer
The Beagle liked to sleep under the covers and my Boxer would sneak up on the little lump in the bed and do a stiff-arm bounce on it with her front legs. There would be a muffled bay of anger and surprise, then Dixie would bounce on it again.

Eventually, the Beagle would burst out from under the covers baying fiercely while Dixie would give every indication of laughing and the Beagle would glare at me then glare at Dixie as if to say, "Well aren't you going to do something about this?!"

I miss them both so much.

4. Mine totally are. Pretzel gets me up all hours of the night if his drip in the bathroom tub gets
turned off or is running at the wrong speed. :eyes:
