1. Provided I gather the energy to cook:
Linguine, tossed with sauteed garlic, peppers, onion (in Olive Oil), crumbled and fried Italian Sausage, with a dash of Sriracha, and then tossed with wilted Baby Spinach and chopped Fresh Tomato. Topped with Fresh Grated Parm and Black Pepper.

We shall see. :hi:

I seriously am so fatigued that it will be difficult to pull off. But, I've barely eaten for a couple days, so I probably should. :)

10. I am having chili tomorrow
;)

gnocchi is a dumpling, usually made of potato.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnocchi

The gnocchi I am having this evening is store-bought, but I can make a mean gnocchi (potato bomb) from scratch when I have the time. :D

I had one for lunch but it was good and I could eat another. With swiss! Have a couple bottles of Cab-Merlot stashed too. Might be tasty with a cheeseburger.

I was going to make lasagna but I don't feel like it now (rode for a couple hours this afternoon and I'm a little tired)
