Most creative sandwich you've ever made.
Menu items from a restaurant or diner don't count. I mean stuff you put together out of your own fridge. Last night I made myself a cucumber, avocado, romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing sandwich and it was great. It may not be the most exotic sandwich I've ever thought up but it definitely struck me as odd.

So what combinations have you come up with?

1. I don't know how odd or creative it is, but
I toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread, then spread mayonnaise on both, then sprinkle with seasoning salt, then a thin slice of cheddar cheese on both, then put those in the microwave with a paper towel underneath, and mike for about 20 seconds or just to get the cheese to melt. Then put thin slices of tomato and onion on both, and some good lettuce (usually "spring mix") and a few thin slices of avocado. One last light sprinkling of seasoning salt, then put the 2 halves together and then slice it diagonally. With the cheese still warm it's delicious. Not very unusual but it fills the bill. The seasoning salt is the key to a great sandwich, if you ask me.

2. Cream cheese, fake crab, and avocado.
If you use the "leg style" fake crab, you can unroll it so it will stay on a sandwich. Quite tasty. A little lettuce is nice on there too.

3. You have enough food in your fridge to make a sandwhich?
Lucky.
