My Sunday School superintendent cancelled ALL Sunday School classes

because it's her daughter's birthday, so she wouldn't be at church today. Without telling me--just called all the parents and told them there was no Sunday School. Because her daughter's birthday party was more important.

With those priorities and that level of commitment, why do people wonder why this church isn't growing? I would've taught at least one class and found other teachers IF I HAD BEEN TOLD!!!

Why don't we just close it now and stop pretending anyone gives a rat's ass.

And to teach our children that they should have things as early as possible.
