So I had this dream......

I was walking down the streets of New York City which somehow had metamorphisized into San Francisco, and I was looking for ice cream shops because I was craving mint chocolate chip ice cream. I kept on walking, and couldn't find an ice cream shop. So I walked on some more, and finally found an ice cream shop, only this was the ice cream shop from my childhood---it was this beautiful ice cream shop from St.Louis---it had a red brick wall, photographs of St.Louis, and ice cream canisters everywhere in glassed counters.

I pointed to the mint chocolate chip on the far right of the glassed counter, and the ice cream guy scooped two scoops out and put them in a cup with a little pink plastic spoon. I took the ice cream cup and went outside, happily eating my ice cream. That was the end of my dream.

Heres my take on it, since all dreams are about sex I have interprited the dream according to the psychological rules.


The San francisco thing means you have homosexual tendiencies, ice cream is definetly because you want to sin, the rest is probably something about orgies and stuff I dunno.. probably porn

Just remember.. anything which reminds you of a cigar.. or anything which is about as long as a finger is about sex

5. You ATE the ice cream! Oh no!

I think the dream means that you are comforted by DU. Although the scenery changes, you always recognize where you are, and you end up eating comforting food, in a comfortable place, at an innocent time in your life.
I think that this dream represents your quest to find like minded individuals to converse with. Perhaps it was triggered by Dean's withdrawal from the primary, coupled with the first Wednesday Meetup without our candidate. Now I want ice cream.

7. actually, I think eating the ice cream meant I was happy the weather

6. I have a lot of dreams where New York morphs

into San Fran into Boston and various combinations thereof. I think it's because they are all cities I have lived in and have some kind of psychological connection with.

I think the ice cream represents comfort and the ice cream parlor from your childhood also represents safety, comfort and simpler days. My interpretation would be that you have a desire for security and comfort during these turbulent times.

Are you under a lot of stress and feeling overwhelmed? It could be simple wish fulfillment, which actually seems pretty healthy imo.
