5. I've dislocated fingers, one shoulder ... and BOTH KNEES AT THE SAME TIME!!!
I do not recommend these activities.

The last, dislocation of both knees at once, is called Bilateral patellar disruption.

Don't do it.

6. So, would that "fall" under Disconnected Other?
:P

It's not pain I would want to go through. Sciatic was bad enough...

7. I considered marking that ... but ...
in addition to the patalla tendon, there are other muscles and ligaments that connect from the femur to the tibia and fibula.

So technically, things were still connected, but my legs were not pointing in the correct direction at the knee joint, and the kneecaps were still attached (by another tendon -- I forget its name) and pulled upwards to the femur. The patella tendon goes from the kneecap to the shin.

It was the most blinding pain I've ever felt. And when I fell, some part of my brain stuck my arm out to help slow my fall. And in doing so, I chipped a bone in my wrist as well. Not a good day.

I spent a week in the hospital, then 3 weeks in a rehab facility, then about 4 months in leg braces from ankle to hip. Then a walker for a few weeks after that.

It's been 2 years ... still recovering. And my wife says that no matter how much I recover, I'm not allowed to touch a basketball ever again.

:bounce:
