so there's a giant backhoe tearing down a house across the street!

:wow: I hope they gave the next door neighbors warning!


The house has been abandoned for quite some time and was attracting vandalism and the occasional small fire, and the house on the other side can't be sold with that eyesore there.


Still I didn't expect it to be pulled down by a big crane or backhoe, or whatever it is!

what it's called.


It's bad enough that the water guys are already fixing a water main break on the corner - our street is crammed with very large vehicles and machines!

down - this isn't a big busy street or anything - it just seems a bit odd.


I assume there is no one hiding inside there... ;)

Think how long that house probably took to build, and it only took about 6 hours to tear down.
