2. Yeah, that's good stuff
Diet affects things, too ;)

As well as healthy teeth. We'll see how being minus one tooth now helps me in that regard...

Haven't had the flu since the last time I skipped my flu vax and haven't had a cold since last year. I wash my hands.

6. I don't know about Emerg-C. but
vitamins and minerals-esp.Zinc DO HELP and halt colds and flus! You have to make sure you use quality supplements. That Airborne stuff works really well for my daughter I have noticed. However,I use a formula called Wellness, they also make a zinc spray-I've used these for years, because THEY WORK!! Also, something simple like getting enough sleep helps tremendously to help de-stress the body. Sugar hurts the immune system, very flammatory. Just a few pointers.

8. Raises hand
I have had a runny nose for the past week! No one else in my house seems to have it. I take minerals and supplements every day and still have gotten something. However my body has not been the same since I was pregnant for almost 2 years in a row. I just hope that next year that I will be better with my immune system. Shoot the body has to take a year to recover from a pregnancy. I only had two months. (Preventative measures did not work)

My body is tired. The boys are 9 months and 23 days apart since the youngest decided to be 5 weeks early. So I sit here at home with a diabetic 11yr old girl, a 29 month old, old and a 19 month old. Yup, I am tired.

9. It depends on ones immune system actually
I used to never get sick. But I have blood issues that affect my immune system so any little cold makes things worse. You probably do get sick but your immune system takes care of it so efficiently that you never notice.
Vitamin C can only do so much. It sadly can't help my ailing bone marrow.

10. I should be more careful. I'm in and out of hospitals and nursing homes all the time.
I shake the hands of everyone at church every Sunday. If there's a bacterium or virus out there, it's likely to find me.

Hope you continue with your streak! :hi:
