"Hunter lost in woods for second time in a week"

This, from our local small-town newspaper:

"A deer hunter who was located after becoming lost in Thomson Township last Saturday once again failed to show up at the end of the day on Wednesday after hunting in the same area...On November 8, (the hunter) and a 26-year-old hunting partner both were reported lost in that same area. The two were located separately by ground crews and the Minnesota State Patrol Helicopter and were found to be suffering from hypothermia due to the fact they were underdressed for the weather."

For some reason, it concerns me that this person is allowed to walk around with a loaded firearm...
