That's not going to happen with women unless they're professionals. If they have sex with a guy, it's because they like something about him. They may have an Asian man fetish (one of my work colleagues did), or fantasies about "initiating" a virgin male (as some of my friends do), or they admire great break dancers or they like his personality and/or looks. Without one of those factors, you'll get nowhere.

If you just want him to have sex, you can get him a professional (although don't surprise him--tell him ahead of time). If you want him to have a relationship, encourage him to talk to all kinds of people until he feels at ease.
