Yes, when you call a credit card company your calls are recorded for quality purposes. In our case, all of them. We pick calls at random for quality and see if they're doing their job correctly. Since I'm listening to new-hires, mistakes do get made quite often. But that's the only way they learn... plus when we catch the mistakes we can fix them too.
