Some of my people came from Cork,some others from Kerry and Tipperary...and when you throw in those on my father's side from Tyrone and Armagh,then it really gets mixed up:)

I'm the usual scottish-english mix with a little german thrown in. My wife is Korean. When I lived in Korea, in south Cholla province, I learned to speak the same way everyone around me spoke, your basic downhome farmer's dialect. My wife is from Seoul, a former Peace Corps language instructor, and to make it worse, nobility, so she speaks that way. Our kids learned to speak Korean from both of us. Last week my daughter was speaking Korean with someone at the gym, who remarked, "You speak the oddest mix of Korean I've ever heard!"
