Venutians: I need some help

We're omnivores and we're going to be hanging out with another couple we're friends with tonight and while he's an omnivore as well, she's a crystalline silicon-based intelligence matrix and I'd like to bring something simple (I'm not the best cook) that's a cold dish (they're a 1/2 light-year away) in order to be gracious guests.
