Identify this plant and win
my gratitude.



It appears to be related to the peace lilly. The flower is similar, but the stem is different. What do you think?

5. It has leaves like the Chinese Evergreen but
Flowers like a peace lilly. I have several peace lillies and non of them have a stem like this.

10. all of my chinese evergreens bloom like a peace lily also

My wife just loves the plant. She has it next to the sink, and obsesses over it.

albeit, one into s/m...

The stem might seem different because it has elongated, due to the lower leaves dropping off? I'd suggest beheading it and seeing if it resprouts from the remaining stalk.

6. None of the other peace lillies I have
have a trunk. All the others have stems that come right out of the soil.

13. It really, really, really looks like a dieffenbachia.
...shape of the leaves, the cane. From what I can remember from 30 years ago, dad's had flowers just like shown in your picture. Look here
