Listening to Who's Next

Great album!!

I'm not necessarily a big The Who fan, I don't find them as incredible or important as others do, but I'll admit they put out pretty damn good tunes. Not quite sure I'd go the route of saying they put out great music, but they definitely put out great tunes, and they jammed. Fer sure, dude.

Something about The Who just never has clicked me with me to say "Wow - that's INCREDIBLE." I don't know why. It just hasn't.

But they definitely deserve the berth in the Rock Hall of Fame and are probably in the top 20% of those who have been admitted, since so many irrelevant and inconsequential poots have been included in the rock hall of fame.

"I call that a bargain - the best I ever had!!"

And I say all this without ever having seeing them live, and perhaps that's a significant part of why people love the Who so much? That they were far better live than their studio albums?
