Hmmmmm. Anyhow, thanks everybody for your support. The realtor thinks they will come up with another offer, and says there is another interested party (what?). He says, "What if there's a bidding war?" I say, well then hell hath frozen over, that's what. Next a lottery win and then a cushy job. THEN, the face lift. Heh.
