I could eat a lot of stuff off your plate, because mine would be very similar. Egad.

Steak, medium rare
Corn on the cob
Salad with ranch dressing, hold the avocado but add onions, eggs, croutons and raisins
Lobster
Shrimp
Szechuan Green Beans

For dessert: My Mom's dutch apple pie (HATE lemon meringe) + cheesecake with strawberries
