29. Do you know the secret route to avoid the tolls?
We just discovered it. We travel from Gaithersburg to visit my DH's dad in NJ quite a bit.

3. Actually I've been there many times
And there are many interesting things to see..bird migrations, horseshoe crabs in large numbers, nice beachs and fun camping spots. And taking the ferry from Lewes DE to Cape May NJ is fun...
And some really nice people too, even if they are Eagles fans...;)
For all of my teasing of LynneSin I do think Delaware is a nice state.

20. My cousin is a bartender on that ferry!
I'm a bigger fan of the Jersey Shore myself - the best thing about Delaware is NO SALES TAX. Cheaper gas, cheaper furniture, cheaper booze. Yay! (although nobody beats New Jersey for cheap gas)

16. Brazillions of times!
It's got Rehoboth Beach, great seafood, no sales tax shopping, and laid-back, friendly residents.

Dover AFB is pretty freakin' cool too!

Besides, it's Biden country - and LynneSin lives there!!! What's not to love????

27. small state
i know there's a racetrack, a college, and a few buildings here and there...i think only five families live there total...that's why the entire state knows one another...

they did sign the constitution first, so they have that going for them...

34. I've been to Rehoboth Beach...
we went a couple of times when I was a kid and we were living in Maryland. I remember that we had to get out of the water because of jellyfish. We'd catch 'em in our buckets, though.

I think I was....9-ish?
