Need obscure song lyrics to "Midnight in Moscow"
Would you believe I can't find those lyrics on the internet?? It was a Julius LaRosa recording, had the line "You can't keep me from loving you."

Anyone recall the rest?

1. I Remember it as an Instrumental
It was a jazzy sounding clarinet piece. Quite lively, with the minor key stuff you associate with Russian music. I'll take your word for it that Julius LaRosa recorded it as a vocal, but I don't remember that. It was very popular as an instrumental.

3. Midnight in Moscow --- the only lyrics I could find.
Stillness in the grove, not a rustling sound
Softly shines the moon, clear and bright
Dear, if you could know
How I treasure so
This most beautiful Moscow night.

4. Moscow nights (V.Soloviev-Sedoi - M.Matusovsky) - Vladimir Troshin
if this is the song - listened to it sung in Russian -- the tune is familiar

5. Petula Clarke did it with those words too
I just checked my jazz books and none of them have those lyrics.
