Help finding a gift book?

Not a book-book, but a blank book. My mom wants a book that has pages for every day of the months of the year, without it being year-specific. She'd like to use it as a reverse-address book, so to speak, to keep track of people's birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? If it's a nice book, too, that'd be great (not just a standard plastic-covered date book).
