the physical withdrawl is pretty much over....though everynight I dream about smoking and wake up feeling guilty till I realize its just a dream......lol



I know I am doing well because the smell of other people smoking is starting to be unpleasent for me!

16. Congrats, I've tried cold turkey about 3 times

and always fail. I've only been smoking heavy for about 2 1/2 years too.

I always think of how relaxed I am when I'm smoking and end up starting again. I really want to quit just for the negative image/hygiene it gives off, or at least be able to just smoke maybe 5 a day. I don't see how people do that, I've always been at a pack or more a day.

I quit 12 years ago, also cold turkey, and never looked back. I can't even be in the same room as smoke now. It makes me sick to smell it on people too. I guess it's true what they say about former smokers being the worst critics. Good luck!!!!
