2. It's usually an engineer that sends me around the bend.
It should be a law that an engineer cannot render a drawing until
he/she has spent two years in the shop, fabricating widget from other peoples drawings.

5. People
that is all. Sure some groups more than others, but mostly people in general. I'm going to guess this stems from feeling kind of between groups my whole life. I don't know if anyone else has noticed but athletes (especially wrestlers) don't seem to mix well with anyone else. And here I am the borderline hippie wrestler. So now I pretty much can't stand seeing anyone rigidly adhering to any kind of set lifestyle. Note to everyone, just because you are in a fraternity doesn't mean you have to dress like a douche bag.

14. Fucking idiots who don't know how to drive.
Especially the overly-cautious ones.

You know, the people who start hitting the brakes three blocks before they reach a traffic light.

The people who stop 3 car lengths in back of the next car at a stop sign or traffic light.

People who put their fucking blinkers on halfway through the turn that they slammed on their brakes to make.

People who wait for the blinking red light at an intersection to turn green. :eyes:

These assholes should just stay home, take the bus, or join a carpool.

:grr: :grr: :grr:

People who blabber, but really have no useful ideas.

Sloppy drunks who can't hold their liquor.

Jerks who roll their eyes and complain about everything.

And assholes who use too many smilies... Hehehe. Like I have in this post... and all my Lounge posts tonight.

16. Any success by athletic teams from places with nice weather.
Needless to say I'm rooting for Boston to beat TB and if they lose I'll be rooting for Philly in the WS. I rooted against the Dodgers so I was thrilled with their loss.

There should be a rule...if you've got nice weather, your sports teams shall suckith mightily. The city of San Diego should go winless yearly. No hockey team south of Philadelphia should even be in the NHL.

21. People who are against gay marriage because of religion.
Especially Democrats who oppose gay marriage because of their religion. It's like every bit of logic and common sense in the world (from in ordinarily intelligent person) just flies RIGHT out the window.

Them: "Well...I'm Catholic, so I just can't support actual marriage, ya know? Civil unions, maybe, but not marriage."

Me: "But why should your religion rule my life? You don't expect me to be forced to attend Mass, Confess, or get married in a Catholic Church. Why should your personal religion be codified into law? I mean heck, you don't gripe about Atheists getting married in a courthouse somewhere--why should you care about gay marriage if it isn't happening in a Catholic Church?"

Them: "Well marriage is a Holy Sacrament. It's different."

Me: "But WHY should other people have to live by your personal rules? Don't you believe in religious freedom?"

Them: "Of course. But I'm Catholic. I just can't support actual marriage..."

Me: :grr: :banghead: :nuke:

22. People chose to make marriage religious.
Marriage is just a legal agreement between two people. It's a contract.

It's ridiculous that religion plays any role in deciding what I can or cannot do with my SO. They can choose to have it be a religious union but others should have that same choice to have it not be, but for it to still be recognized by every state.

23. I am of the opinion that people who want to deprive others of civil rights
based on the assumption that THEIR religious dogma should be law, are incredibly ignorant of the kind of nation our Founders intended to create. Religion was NEVER supposed to be a part of lawmaking. It is an insult to the Constitution (and the people who wrote it) to show such blatant disregard for one of THE founding principles of America--freedom of religion. And by insisting that religious doctrine be common law, that is precisely what's happening.

It disgusts me to my bones.

27. when people write their name at the bottom of their posts
as if, had I forgotten who's post I was reading over the vast 4 lines of text, it would be far too hard to just look up and to the left, so they better write it at the bottom. Isn't this what the sig lines are for? I have those turned off for a reason.

29. Aggressive drivers
I wouldn't care if they were all locked up for life. They cause so many problems it can't be understated.

My friend was a victim last week. She was making a right hand turn and had to delay for a pedestrian. A moron behind her apparently started honking and didn't stop in time, slamming into the back of her new car. She's really shook up. Luckily there were witnesses including the pedestrian, so the aggressive driver was charged.
