Poor kitteh...He's back in the lampshade collar
Sigh...Milk gave him quite the facial injury, basically ripped off a lil patch of skin below and to the right of his mouth. It's...not pretty. So, I washed it with mild salt water and dabbed some bacitracin on it, and on with the collar, so he can't mess with it, get it dirty, or lick the bacitracin off. He soooo hates it. He had to wear it last year after he wouldn't leave his neutering incision alone.

My poor little guy. I have a feeling we'll be seeing the Vet first thing on Monday regardless. If he appears to be getting sick from any kind of infection, sooner.

Send Kitteh healing vibes, please. :)

2. I always turn the collar backwards
so that it points towards the floor. Does the same job, but doesn't keep kitteh from getting around or knocking stuff over. Might have to trim the collar a bit down if it's too big.

Hope kitty doesn't get any infection. Cat bites can be tres nasty.

3. I can't tell if it was a bite or the claws of doom...Milk isn't much of a biter
So far, he's acting totally normally, and he's getting around fine in the collar. He can still get onto the counters and eat treats handily from my hand. :eyes:

Thanks :pals:
