So my wife had a rather bad day.
It started with evidently her finding out that the stroller had traveled with me to work in the trunk of the car, so she had to walk everywhere today, which with a two year old in the city is difficult and gets really old fast. They went to the library, coffee shop and then the yarn store. When she tried to pay at the yarn store she discovered her wallet was missing. She asked to use the phone, and called the coffee shop, hoping it had been left there. Someone had found it on the sidewalk, and in the one good thing that happened to her today, returned it to the coffee shop. Unfortunately, the coffee shop was back up at the top of a big hill, and our son was getting sleepy and cranky. So she ran up the hill with him, got her wallet and walked back into town with our son to go to work. He refused to nap today, and was a crank monster today. At the store she called our voicemail, to find a message by her parents saying that her grandmother was in the hospital and was going to die. Then, evidently, my son went poo, and she had no spare diapers, and so he went around in a sticky poo diaper at work for a while, which makes no one happy. When I arrived to pick her up at work, she discovered all her keys were missing, car keys, house keys, store keys. Makes locking up the store, and the getting back in to the store very difficult. The keys are suspected to be somewhere back on top of the hill.

Not a good day.

2. I would recommend
a nice bottle of wine, a massage, and daddy takes care of the baby tonight. You've probably got all that covered, though, huh?

I feel for her. She's a tough bird! I would have given up half way through all of that. to her.

3. Kid's asleep, and the Mrs is taking a long bath.
I intend to make her herbal tea, her favorite.
