20. We're being gouged again like we were in 2001 by ENRON
By far the highest gas dealers are ExxonMobil and ChevronTexaco.

Just wait: next month we'll see headlines like this: "EXXON/MOBIL SETS A 1ST QUARTER PROFIT RECORD."

I took my gas cards out of my wallet and will never use those accounts again. From now on, I'll only go to the discount/offbrand retailers and pay cash or use Visa/MC.

I also just got a Costco card just for the purpose of getting their cheap gas.

13. Heck California is getting ripped off - why ?
.
.
.

It should be cheaper being on the coast ? no ?

One would think inland would be more expensive (transportation?)

Kansas is around 1.60

New Mexicico 1.55 - 1.65

Alaska 1.70 - 1.80

Texas 1.55

Heres an interesting Interactive Chart.

There's a drop-down window where you can select each state

With the Godly Leadership of Republican Governor Arnold, you could not possibly be paying that much in Kah-lee-forr-nee-uhh.

Why do you hate America?

Not to gloat, it WAS $1.58...

It seems prices rise every other thursday and go back down 1.5 weeks later... then up again for 2 weeks, then down again...

Looks like Bush is planning energy crisis #2 for California. Gotta pay back those oil company donors somehow.
