I could feel it from the time I got up. The flashbacks are going to be frequent, long, and really bad.

This whole thing has got me on edge and pissed off, and I hate it.

I wonder if its possible that this breakdown fucked me up so bad that I now have PTSD.

1. I hate to sound like a mom, but

have you called anyone yet? Therapist, doctor, or helpline? Sounds like you really need to get some help to me. I used to have similar episodes related to childhood stuff and it often really helped to talk to my therapist, even just for a short time.

BTW, I am a mom, so I'm entitled. My son has ADHD and I'd want him to get some help ASAP!:hug:
