When you make dinner, do you mix cuisines?
Yesterday i made a dry indian egg curry and a salad w. baby spinach, candied walnuts and feta cheese.

I seem to mix atleast 2 difference cuisines when I cook.

How about you?

1. I do when I buy lunch at the store. Nothing like a pasty and a samosa for lunch

2. Yes, often.
Probably as often as not...Both in terms of fusion cuisine (i.e. Soyrizo, pico de gallo, fresh veggies, cheddar, guac and sour cream over pasta) and a mixed variety of entrees and sides.

3. depends on how lazy I'm being
If we're having guests, I'll prepare a few "American" style dishes and my wife will prepare some Chinese dishes.

7. All the time....
Saturday night, my roommate made an eggplant curry dish and I made a batch of hummus. We also rotisseried a chicken (one guest didn't like Indian food), and I made a salad akin to a sensation salad.

Variety is the spice of life! :)
