I can't sleep.
I can't take an Ambien because Mr. LIW is out of town, and I'm solely responsible for our children. (I had a nightcap anyway, which should not be followed by Ambien.)

It's 11:30. I have things to do tomorrow morning, and I really need a decent night's sleep, especially because I didn't sleep well last night.

I'm about to resort to warm milk, though that doesn't usually do much.

Chamomile tea?

I use Tylenol PM. I'm a lightweight, so half a tab lulls me to sleep in about an hour, with no fuzziness in the morning.



Or, you could stay up and flirt... :D

3. I don't have any herbal tea, but it would be lovely right now.
I'm considering the hot bath idea. A 30-minute soak with lavender scent sounds good.

Not only did I sleep in this morning, which always messes me up, but I took a nap around 6 p.m.... oh, and I have an ear ache. I hate Mondays at my job. Seems everyone is in a pissy mood. Sigh.

I haven't slept more than 5 hours a night in months, I'm almost used to it now. What about reading something really boring?
