been a fan ever since the team got started back when I was in the 4th grade. :) GO MAVS! I can't feel too bad that the Spurs are losing but I am really sorry to hear about Duncan. Hope it isn't anything serious.

6. Bleh...one game in the regular season doesn't bug me too much.
The Mavs are not well-suited for the playoffs (as all Don Nelson teams aren't). So, bring 'em on. :D

8. The Spurs smug and arrogant?
Are you sure you don't have us confused with the Lakers? ;-) :P You could have been watching the last game of the Finals last year with me and Will Pitt, but noooooo...

I think it's going to be us and Sacratomato this year. I fully expect a sweep. You're welcome to come up to New York and watch with me. :)

10. I was right about the Nets losing in Minnesota.
Although, I wasn't exactly on a thin limb there. You could be right - right now the Kings and Nets are playing some good ball. But, you know who my money (figuratively) is on.

11. yes you were, however
The Nets got a TOTAL of like (3) free throws the entire game. They would have won easily if they didn't play so sloppily in the first half. But the Spurs will be right up there this year. I think it'll be them and the Kings in the conference finals.

The Spurs are so despised BECAUSE of their lack of arrogance and 'tude. No thug crap and chest beating, just great playing.
