Bush reveals daring plan to end unemployment resulting from companies moving overseas.


In response to a heckler at a Bush Re-election rally in Wynotte, Ohio, the President, today, put forward a new plan for countering the unemployment that results from companies moving off-shore.

The heckler, a young man who looked in his early twenties, challenged the President on the loss of manufacturing jobs due to companies moving overseas. The President responded that he was aware of this and had given it much thought, when he wasn’t thinking about war, “I'm a war President” he interjected. Then the President went on to say that he would support legislation that would require a company moving overseas to take their employees with them when they moved. Bush stated, “Heck, if they can take the machines to Bangladesh, then why not take the employees that run the machines.”
