There are posts about "stupid queers"; advocating violence against Palin, calling her unwed daughters baby a "bastard" child, and offending people of faith with tawdry jokes about Jesus and Religion.

What's next? Making fun of epileptics? Or disabled children? Torturing animals?

What the hell!!

2. New Moon, Ma'am, Actually, I Believe
I always forget whether the new moon's crescent is to the right or the left.

3. The crescent, Sir, always faces the sun.
Which is why we can see it!

I was fortunate to see the crescent new moon last night, and it was setting, right after the sun. Therefore the crescent faced west.

:hi:

7. Your brain is far from poor, Sir!
Just remember that the moon always faces the sun, and you'll have no problem!

Just so you know...I used to have trouble with this too...

And then my husband revealed this little mnemonic device and I've had no trouble since...

8. As long as they are american citizens, werewolves should still be allowed to vote.
Shame on you for suggesting they should be disenfranchised! :P

18. Sorry. Lost my head there for a second.
It's really the vampires I'm concerned about. They move frequently, and they worship Karl Rove.

19. That's a vicious lie right there.
I dated a vampire. She worshipped a lot of strange things, but Karl Rove was too dark and evil for her. :P

10. It Should Be A Period Of Waxing Moon, Ma'am
Pretty near the start. The Ancients held that an auspicious period for new beginnings.

Seriously, you combine that much hair with waxing... ouch.

17. It's a little known fact, but 90% of new werewolf converts are people who do waxing.
Werewolves sometimes can't help but instinctively bite when a huge chunk of their fur gets pulled.

The people who do the waxing put up with the risk though, because werewolves make up a large percentage of their business, and are willing to pay extra for their sessions.
