2. I stopped driving the interstate highways years ago
US and State highways are the way to go.

Back roads are the civilized way to travel. Interstate free 99.9% of the time going on 12 years.

I really enjoy supporting Small Town USA Main Street. Gave up on malls, big boxes too. (Except for the Bean catalog, and that doesn't count!)
