I remember holding her daddy when he was just a few hours old. It's hard to believe he's now a father. Time flies.

11. You Hardly Ever See Her Daddy Without a Hat

True story about him. One day he called me, out of the blue, to say, "Aunt Kathy, I just want you to know that if it hadn't been for you, I'd have been the awfulest redneck that ever was."

He went on to tell me how much he appreciated all the things I had taught him, all the experiences he would never have lived if he'd never been away from our small east Tennessee home town, and how much he had grown as a person because of that.

Is there any doubt whatsoever about why I absolutely adore him?
