20. Basic internet slang that finally filtered down to DU common usage.

'fail' and 'win' started being used as nouns rather than verbs a while back on the internet. Phrases like 'full of fail' or 'full of win' became fairly popular. "You sir, are full of fail." is a polite way to call someone a loser. :P

As for the 'epic' in front, that came from gaming subculture. Epic in gaming refers to the biggest and best possible form of whatever you're using the word to describe. So an 'epic fail' or 'epic win' is the biggest and best fail or win possible.
