Have you ever had nightmares about being on trial?

And if so, what were the charges?

1. No; but I once dreamed I'd murdered someone....

and I once dreamed I killed someone in a hit and run accident.
I couldn't shake the horrible feeling those dreams left for a few days.

however, my dream was apparently "Kafka-esqe".

7. What, both attorneys were against you...

you felt you couldn't get a fair trial, and they wouldn't tell you the charges?

The prosecutor and defense attorneys were both against me, so was the judge.

I also could not speak. I tried, but I couldn't.

I was simply unable to speak.

They were fragments of my personality...

There was...

For my "defense": My "conscience" though warped and twisted. He looked like a vulture-man.

For the prosecution: My duplicity and all around "evil" impulses. A man with no face.

The Judge: My rage, anger, bloodlust etc. "evil" impulses relating to battle and violence. He looked like a demon. (wings fangs claws horns red skin etc.)

I was just wondering if any of them bore any similarity to the ones in the movie.

The vulture man does have certain similarity to the prosecutor...

Except that in the movie, where the attorneys sat was where I stood, and where the court reporters were, was where the attorneys were.

16. There was no plea...

only them telling me what I had done and how I was guilty.

They presented "evidence"; mostly heresay of course.

I think they wanted me to admit they were right.

at least sometimes.

Xen, however, has had the English-style-courtroom show up in his. I'm trying to find out if that's common or not...
