My cat Salem is totally weird!
I'm munching on black olives, I dropped one.

Salem runs over, sniffs it, and ate it!

2. Mr. Yeti is a little off.
Mr. Yeti plays fetch and jumps on guests regardless of whether they are seated or standing. I can't figure out if that kind of behavior, which is what one would expect from a dog, is a sign of stupidity or intelligence.

6. My cat, Juliet...
has a sweet tooth - she loves most fruit! Her favorite is cantalope, but she'll eat apples, pears, grapes, tomatoes, cherries, and oddly enough - asparagus!

8. My cat, no kidding, will purr in my ear
Seriously, and it's disturbing because my ear is um, one of those zones, you know, when you're making out, um, you get the drift.

When I get home, Abbie will be so excited to see me that he'll demand I pick him up and then get all snuggly when I sit down at my computer to check email.

Then the damn cat, he always goes to my ear and starts purring and meowing in it

Maybe it's revenges for the ear drops he's been getting for the past 10 days

9. One of mine will literally try to eat anything we eat
He thinks he's human, or something. Anything the humans are eating, he will at least pretend to eat. Drop a canned mushroom piece, he'll eat it. Last night, a piece of chopped onion flew across the cutting board and landed on the floor, and he ran over to sniff it. I took that away from him, though, as onions aren't good for cats and dogs. But he'll eat olives, too - he'll at least SAMPLE anything the people are eating. This is a dog-cat.
