A few weeks back I was talking to a woman from a dating site. We exchanged several e-mails. Then I got her phone number and we had a pleasant telephone conversation for about an hour. In her e-mail following that conversation she said that she would like to go out with me that weekend. I was feeling really good about that.
Then before the weekend rolls around she says she is too busy and we'll have to try to get together the next weekend. Then before that weekend she says she's really busy and won't be available for 2 weeks. So I said alright thinking it would be worth it. That was 2 weeks ago and she hasn't written to me since then. I wrote to her Thursday thinking that maybe I'd get to see her this weekend, but no response.
If you are so busy that you do not have time to go out on a date or even write a damn e-mail, please do not create a profile on a dating site and then talk to someone who is interested in you saying that you'd like to got out with them some time. Her profile was just a few days old when I first contacted her. I'm kind of getting the feeling that she had other reasons for not seeing me and maybe just put herself out there as an experiment.
between those who are too busy and stuff, and those who are just insincere.
I personally have found dating sites to be crap. Some people do okay on them, but people just pass me by. Although I have no reason to expect otherwise; that is exactly what happens offline as well.
Hope you have better luck than me, is all I can say. :hi:
this is why I said that SHE was the lucky one to have YOU. I have had bad experiences on these dating websites. Usually, the people lie about themselves in some way.
YOU DESERVE A LOT BETTER THAN THIS. YOU DESERVE A WOMAN WHO WILL RESPECT YOU AND BE THERE FOR YOU.
I wish I could be that woman, but I don't think that is my destiny or your destiny. Don't give up.
