My husband is snoring so loudly in the next room, I went over and
shut the door!!! What makes them do that??? Yikes he's loud.

2. Ditto on the apnea
As long as you hear the snoring at least you know he's still breathing. If it wasn't for my BIPAP, I'd probably be dead by now.

See the links, ask him if he has any of the other symptoms other than snoring. If he does, then schedule an appointment with his Primary Care Physician. The PCP will have a form he can fill out that will tell the doctor if a sleep study in a sleep lab is warranted. If he found to have sleep apnea, then either use of a CPAP/BPAP machine or surgery will be warranted. I have sleep apnea, and use a CPAP, so I speak from experience.
