Remember a few weeks ago, the drunk in his SUV who nearly ran me over on my bicycle running a stop sign?

He won't be going to trial.

Seems he fled the state to avoid being prosecuted, was drving drunk AGAIN.

He hit a tree at over 80 mph.
Yup. Dead drunk.
