My school work has kept me to a seven day a week schedule for the last month. Last night, because of school stress and some very painful personal issues, I had what I can most safely describe as a complete emotional breakdown. It was the strangest experience; my head felt as if it crashed then rebooted. My reasoning and language skills were severely impaired for about an hour or more. I could not reason enough to pick up a cup of tea and sip it. But I'm better now.

So guess what? After my class tomorrow, I'm taking off Wednesday. Kiss my ass.

1. I had a nervous breakdown the other day.

I ended up fighting with someone who has taken up most of my day for months. Now, I'm at a loss as to what to do with my time. I never expected that to happen. I've never felt more depressed than now. So, I've just been playing Mobsters like crazy on my anonymous Myspace account and trying to get my life back together. I check into the Lounge every once in a while and see if I can talk about something neutral that doesn't remind me of...her, ya know?

I've had days similar to what you describe mentally too where it all comes crashing down and your brain says, "Uh, I need a break. Deal with it." I usually end up laying out of whatever job or classes I have the next day to recoup. A day off every now and again won't hurt you. :hi:
