Kind of shocked his old mum to see them - I guess I still see him as a little brat kid. I like it, too though. He looks a lot like my brothers.

AEP claims the complex went live last night. Uh, no. Now that it's been marked done and has been requested again, it gets treated like a new outage and goes to the bottom of the list.

She's held up pretty well through it all, but it's really wearing her down and she's cracking. :(
