5. How about an animal movie?
Something about an endangered species of some kind fighting the loggers who are clearing the forest where they live?

They don't have to be talking animals to make it work.
:D

6. How about a feel-good movie?
A kid, born on the wrong side of the tracks, who deals drugs and participates in drive-bys, meets a prim and proper individual who lives in the world of the elites. They fight, complaining that their complicated lives are not understood by the other, each harboring a secret growing passion. They both get caught up one day watching kids playing on a fire escape, and decide that they want to leave their respective worlds. So they move to a South American country and start an immensely successful internet porn company.

15. Another one.
A college girl picks up a strange package at the post office. It was addressed to someone else, but before she can return it, she gets arrested for drug possession. She is sent to a prison where all the prisoners are recent Penthouse models, and due to financial cutbacks, material for clothing is in short supply. The college student manages to escape, but not until after taking twenty or so showers with everyone else.

All of this will be set to an orchestral score composed by John Williams.

Edited on Thu Sep-18-08 03:58 PM by MilesColtrane
...a cyber-ursine super soldier escapes from his captors and meets a little boy who befriends him and brings him home.

Mom and Dad reluctantly take him in, explaining him to the neighbors as a rare breed of large dog.

Heartwarming antics and misunderstandings occur until the small town community is taken over by middle eastern terrorists bent on killing its citizens.

The bear, falling back on his training and new found love of the townfolk, kills the terrorists and saves the day. Unfortunately the bear continues on his rampage finishing off the hapless villagers until he's put down by federal wildlife agents.

25. Two oddly-paired Irish police
Edited on Thu Sep-18-08 04:54 PM by frogmarch
detectives, one, a selkie male in human form and the other a man - who is unaware that his partner is a selkie - investigate the theft of a uniquely patterned seal skin from an American tourist's hotel room near Chris Dodd's summer home in Connemara. The selkie detective, upon hearing a description of the skin, becomes convinced it's his selkie sister's, and, based on subtle clues, realizes she's the one who's taken it - and rightfully so. How can he keep her safe until her moon-governed time of changing comes? And once she's become a seal again, how can he keep the American tourist from hunting her down and killing her to get back the skin? The American, often called "Pig boy" (or worse) in the States, and a neocon Republican to boot, like the others of his ilk is said to stop at nothing to get what he wants. Will Chris Dodd kick some Republican ass and help save the day? Will the selkie detective's partner fall for his selkie sister, unaware of what she is when not in human form?

Edited to move hypen in subject line.
