From "Comics Come Home" in Boston (in front of a largly Catholic audience).

"Jews have a lot of holidays . . . sometimes I stay home for no reason. 'Jon, is it a holiday?' . . . 'Yeah it's Achm Blacm day.' See Yom Kippur, Jewish day of atonement. You don't eat or drink for one day and all your sins are forgiven . BEAT THAT!! Beat that with your 'Lent' . . . what's that, 40 days? Forty days to one . . . even in sin, you're paying retail!"

Remember when Jon Stewart and Patty (???) when they hosted Short Attention Span Theater on Comdey Central YEARS ago? MON-KEE-BOY...LOL

And that's one of my favorite jokes ever. Jon Stewart is hillarious. Is there some kind of national comic position he could be appointed to?
