VA and NC have some of the lowest tobacco taxes in the country, generally because we grow the stuff and want to protect our tobacco farmers.

:rant: Now, I know you have the freedom to smoke, and that's your right. However it is also my right to give you a warning about the dangers of smoking. In short: it kills. I've seen my dad and granddad suffer through smoking... and I don't wish it on my worst enemy. It is for my conscience alone that I need to tell you to quit. I don't care how you do it, if you need my help I can where I can, but don't let a hospital bed with a doctor telling you that you've had a massive heart attack and that you need a triple by-pass or a pacemaker, or that you now have emphysema be your wake up call.
