2. Eric Idle to #1
Everyone else the same order. Eric Idle deserves #1 if nothing else than for his portrayal of the guard of the gay prince in "Holy Grail."
Plus he wrote all of their songs, or many at least.

3. His post-Python work pushed him to dead last on my list.
He went from producing great work like The Rutles to appearing in... *deep breath* Suddenly Susan! God, Idle, did you need the money that badly, that you would allow your reputation to be submerged on that piece of shit?

Of course --- Cleese did Rat Race, which is also a piece of shit. But... blah, never mind.
