Anybody else having crazy wind tonight?

It's hot outside, and the wind is just as hot as the still air, even though it's blowing really hard. Weird. We're supposed to have 45-50 mph gusts tonight, thanks to the remnants of Ike. We have a few trees really close to us, so it makes me nervous when the wind blows this hard.

And the temperature has dropped about 20 degrees in the last two hours as the wind shifted from the southwest to the north. But the wind really isn't that bad; 20-30 mph. It actually feels pretty good after our soggy, humid Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday morning -- refreshing.

I'd enjoy the wind a lot more if it wasn't a "hot" wind. *sigh*

The wind isn't real strong yet, but it's as warm as the air itself. I can't remember it being like this before.
