I really didn't think it was possible to go that far downhill in a single lifetime.

I just bought a copy of "Guys and Dolls" on DVD just so I could look at Brando in those fabulously tailored suits. *drool* That man was FINE.

7. I almost put in Raquel Welch...
But Julie Newmar seemed so much more... incendiary.

I suppose I could have put in someone mousy like a Mia Farrow...

6. For the record, I have one thing to say
RuPaul is gorgeous. I usually find TG's, drag queens, etc. repellant. They just look like men in make-up.

RuPaul, however transcends all that, and becomes something more.

I may be a straight man, but everytime Marlon Brando's on television I'm forced to question my sexuality.

21. Okay. Sorry-
I barely watch any TV except for an occasional DVD and SNL. Not to be snobbish, but I just seldom have the time, and the little snippets of programming between the endless commercials are almost as annoying as the commercials themselves.

When I was a kid, I wouldn't miss the 6 million dollar Man, or Charlies Angels or Buck Rogers for anything, but nothing on TV interests me now (Oh, but that "American Masters" program on PBS is awesome - last week it was Gene Kelly. this week it was Judy Garland.

I'm just on the tail end of the generation that got to see REAL talent and real performances on TV. I miss it dearly. Nothing on TV today can hold a candle to Carol Burnett or All in the Family.

Omigod, I'm speechifying off the subject. Time for a new poll!
